What’s Wrong With This Picture?

The Forgotten Man - Jon McNaughton

The Forgotten Man - Jon McNaughton

Jon McNaughton’s painting, The Forgotten Man, depicts Barack Hussein Obama standing on the Constitution.  However, there’s something wrong with the depiction.  Oh, it’s not that Obama hasn’t trampled the Constitution.  There is absolutely no question that he’s done his fair share to relegate the document to merely a historical footnote .  The problem with the painting is that the artist unfairly singles out only Obama.  Obama hasn’t been trampling the Constitution alone.  He’s had a lot of help.

So, if you watched the above video, you get a pretty good idea what the artist has tried to accomplish.  What’s wrong with this whole picture is that the comrades that have helped Obama are the majority of those elected in Congress.  Instead of having Obama surrounded by the other Presidents, the painting should depict the other co-conspirators who have helped Obama destroy the Constitution and with it your rights.  And lest we forget as McNaughton mentions, there are a few Presidents, other than Obama, that have helped get the nation to the point where the forgotten man was forgotten long before Obama took office.

These are the times for our Constitution.
